Of course, any compiler needs dates and observations of birds you encounter. County reports cover quarters of the year (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep; Oct-Dec) and each county compile must submit the compiled report no later than one month after the end of the quarter (Apr, Jul, Oct, Jan).
