Profiles of Fishing Creek Watershed Symposium

The finale for our year-long Fishing Creek Watershed study was a symposium held at the Magee Center in Bloomsburg. Local officials, contributors to our study, volunteers, Greenwood school board officials and middle school parents, teachers and students were all invited to this special event. The geology, geography, local history, art, culture, and ecology of the Fishing Creek Watershed basin we investigated this school year was on display for everyone to share. This website was unveiled and viewed on a large screen, multimedia CD's were distributed to attendees, and an appreciation luncheon was provided to the guests. This luncheon was funded by Giant, Weis and Radzievich Markets and Farmers County National Bank, all of Bloomsburg.
